working principle:
The whole machine is composed of a mixing drum, mixing blades, transmission mechanism, and other parts. When the materials are mixed, the materials inside the cylinder are scattered radially and circumferentially along the cylinder wall under the action of the stirring blades, forming a continuous and alternating dispersion and merging. As the mixing cylinder is transferred from the upper part to the lower part, and from the front part to the rear part, it continuously undergoes repeated shearing and diffusion movements to achieve a fully composite cycle of uniform mixing. The mixing drum rotates forward for stirring and reverses for discharging.
