working principle:
The main engine consists of a horizontal cylinder, dual axis propeller blades, and transmission mechanism. The material is subjected to three directions of radial, circumferential, and axial scattering motion under the action of two constant speed counter rotating stirring shafts with special angle blades arranged inside the cylinder, forming a repeated, cyclic, and alternating mixing effect, which can achieve uniform mixing effect in a short time. The design mixing time is 1-5 minutes, and the uniformity of the 1:1000 placement ratio is still greater than 95%.
