working principle:
Adopting an asymmetric cantilever double helix mixing method, the spiral rotation and spiral arm revolution generate convection, shear, and diffusion effects on the material to achieve uniform mixing. It can be designed as a single helix, double helix, or triple helix structure according to different material characteristics. The liquid blending method can be connected to the atomizing nozzle through a spray pipe at the intermediate shaft position of the mixer.
