working principle:
The whole machine is composed of a mixing cylinder, a revolving and self rotating transmission mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a pneumatic gate, and other parts. When the mixing cylinder is positioned upwards, the material is fed. During material mixing, the material inside the cylinder rotates in a three-dimensional direction along the octagonal cylinder wall. The material is continuously and alternately dispersed and merged in the mixing cylinder. As the mixing cylinder is transferred from the top to the bottom, there is sliding between the powder particles, and the particles are continuously distributed on the surface of the newly generated material, undergoing repeated shear and diffusion movements to achieve sufficient mixing. When the mixing drum is positioned at a 15 degree angle downwards for unloading, while still maintaining self rotation, the unloading work can be completed better and faster.
